The Platte River Perinatal Center is a high-risk perinatal medical office which is part of the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. We deliver care to patients referred for maternal or fetal complications, prenatal diagnosis, screening and special problems occurring in patients with high-risk pregnancy.

Physician services are provided under the direction of John C. Hobbins, M.D., Professor of Ob/Gyn, and other specialists in Maternal Fetal Medicine, including Shane Reeves, M.D., Henry Galan, M.D., and Teresa Harper, M.D..  We have an experienced group of sonographers in our Center including, Darleen Cioffi-Ragan, RDMS and Alli Gillan, RDMS, Simona Ivanov, RDMS, Karen Snyder, RDMS, Jeri Peterson, RDMS, and Michelle Morton, RDMS, all of whom have had many years of experience in high-risk pregnancy.
