The Platte River Perinatal Center was established to provide consultations for patients with maternal or fetal complications of pregnancy. Housed in a historical building on the Platte River, the Center features state-of-the-art equipment capable of providing 3-D and 4-D imagery, and personal attention in a patient-friendly setting. Our highly skilled sub-specialists offer perinatal obstetrical ultrasound examinations, consultations in prenatal diagnosis and genetics, along with procedures such as amniocentesis and CVS. In addition, we provide high-risk pregnancy consultations and a comprehensive fetal screening program for any patient who desires additional information regarding her pregnancy.
The Platte River Perinatal Center is located in historic lower downtown in Denver, Colorado. The building, a former casket factory, now houses many upscale businesses including marketing firms, law offices, production companies, and a hair salon. Our office space is quite unique, in fact, many of our patients note that the office feels more like a home than a medical office.
A woman with a high-risk pregnancy needs timely care and careful attention to her condition. Her obstetric provider needs easy access with efficient and responsive communication to the perinatal or genetic consultant. We appreciate the extreme importance of these needs, and our goal is to fulfill them through our compassionate personnel and the nature of our easy to access office.
